Reverse Search
A reverse search allows the individual the same benefits as that of a retained client - confidentiality, professionalism and a genuine duty of care. At JD we understand that your CV is your life on a piece of paper and therefore needs to be treated as such.
As part of our core business, the 'individual or reverse search' is confidential and meticulous, beginning with a thorough understanding of your situation, issues and requirements. As your Consultant we agree a target list of firms which we think can provide you with the required elements. The target list will typically include some firms which are recruiting and some of those that aren’t. For instance the latter section could be compiled on the basis of culture, personality, sector focus or location. We then utilise our extensive network of contacts and connections on a confidential, 'no name' basis to the relevant Partner or Board member, to gauge initial interest. It is only when we have a time and place for interview that we divulge your identity and current employer. The intention is to put you in a position of choice, ensuring that any decision made is based upon as much information as possible.
